Kelly Shackelford is President and CEO of First Liberty Institute, the largest legal organization in the nation exclusively dedicated to protecting religious freedom. Since 1997, he has led a team that has won more than 90 percent of its cases — including landmark victories before the United States Supreme Court. A constitutional scholar, Supreme Court advocate, and recipient of the prestigious William Bentley Ball Award for Religious Freedom Defense, Kelly has testified before both chambers of Congress and been featured in the nation's leading publications and broadcast networks. He brings to the Governor's Prayer Breakfast a seasoned, hopeful voice on what is at stake for faith and freedom in America today.
